Teachers with good subject knowledge and also with the ability to work collaboratively, leadership traits and adaptability to new ideas on curriculum design and teaching methodologies are considered an asset.

At Crescent Convent School our enthusiasm is pervasive and talent is rewarded. The school has spacious living quarters on campus for faculty and we are dedicated to developing the unique differences in each teacher as much as each child.

Teachers further develop and hone their talents and skills through special programs conducted by Crescent Convent School staff and by associations with organizations like CEMT – Centre for Education Management and Development. The training modules include issues related to Personality Development /Communication /Handling children/Planning lessons/ Interpersonal relationships / Pastoral Care etc.
